At CANTINE we offer an extensive selection of wine and beer sourced from right around the corner, throughout the west and across the pond. We think wine should be approachable and fun – not pretentious or complicated. And the same goes for craft beer, which can be overwhelming and mysterious to the uninitiated and even to those in the know.

To live well is to eat well and to live well is to drink well. Ideas that we committed to when putting together our menus. Honest food prepared simply and with respect to the ingredients; wine that is nuanced and balanced – wines that express the grapes from which they are made and the terroir where they are grown; beer crafted using hand selected ingredients, specifically picked for distinct flavor characteristics in mind and brewed to be flavorful, quality beer.

WINE + BEER on TAP

We love wine & beer on tap. The benefits are many. First, the systems are airtight. Which means no oxidization, no spoilage, no change in flavor – so the last glass is as fresh as the first. Second, kegs are better for the environment. One keg holds about two cases of wine, but without the glass bottles, corks, boxes and packaging. Plus, transporting kegs is more efficient and better for fuel consumption since kegs weigh less than their traditional counterparts. We rotate 8 wines on tap and 8 draft beers. We also feature a hand-picked selection of wines by the glass from our bottle list
